About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Partner in India: someone who's excited to lead the full recruitment process with passion, while staying organized, motivated, and caring deeply about helping candidates reach their potential.

As our Talent Partner, you’ll wear a few different hats, all aimed at making sure we build an amazing team.

In this role, you’ll focus on:

Recruitment:

• Lead the recruiting process for roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring for technical as well as non-technical roles while keeping our people-first culture in mind!

• Create recruiting plans that help us grow our candidate pool for current and future hiring needs

• Proactively search for passive candidates on various job platforms

• Work in partnership with our teams like interviewing, People Ops, and others to create the best candidate-centric experience

• Keep our recruitment systems (like Greenhouse) organized and up-to-date for easy tracking of key hiring metrics

• Always be open to gathering and providing feedback to the team to help improve our processes

Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in Poland.

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting

• Have experience working with a globally distributed team

• Are open to recruit for any role across Product, Engineering, Operations etc.

• Think creatively, lead initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
