Talent Operations Associate (High Volume Recruiter + Coordinator)

As a Talent Operations Associate on OneImaging's Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, operates with urgency, loves working with people, and is passionate about process.

What you’ll do:

• Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions

• Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies

• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment

• Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication

• Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement

• Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how OneImaging is presented

• Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team

• Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)

• Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup

• Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite

• Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks

• A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management

• Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers

• A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
