Requirements:
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events, ensuring strong alignment with LUXASIA Values and culture (e.g. Buka Puasa, Halloween, New Year Party).
• Drive employer branding projects by managing content calendars and social media posting—starting from ideation, storyline development, copywriting, visual briefing, and execution.
• Conduct analysis of content performance and post-event evaluations to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement—propose actionable recommendations.
• Support employees and internal stakeholders with administrative needs including travel arrangements (air tickets and hotel bookings), per diem claims, and document filing.
• Assist day-to-day operational requirements, including vendor sourcing and management for food & beverages, training programs, office supplies, and negotiating pricing where needed.
• Participate in onboarding activities and help curate a memorable employee journey.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks required to support daily operations and contribute to LUXASIA’s collective KPI within the Talent & Excitement Division.

Requirements

• University graduate or final-year student with thesis completed and full availability (no active classes).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); English is a must.
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to deliver high-quality output with strong sense of accountability.
• Creative, energetic, and confident—comfortable engaging with large groups and occasionally becoming the center of attention.
• Strong analytical mindset with good command of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and numbers-driven thinking.
• Highly collaborative, a true team player who reflects and spreads the company’s RESPECT Values.
• AI-savvy, curious, and proactive in adopting digital tools to improve workflows (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, project boards).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple activities simultaneously.
• Passion in beauty and interest in luxury retail is a plus.
