Talent Engagement Coordinator

At Betsson Group, we believe great experiences start with our people. As a Talent Engagement Coordinator, you’ll support and deliver events, activities, and projects that shape our on-site employee experience at our vibrant Malta HQ.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and run internal events and activities that bring people together and make work more fun.

• Organise on-site and large company events, taking care of timelines, setups, and smooth delivery.

• Create a mix of activities like themed Fridays, quizzes, and after-work events - and be on-site to make sure everything goes well.

• Create simple, clear internal communications such as posters, articles, and online posts to promote events and activities.

• Welcome new starters and help run onboarding sessions, making sure their first days in Malta and at Betsson are a great experience.

• Work closely with teams like Facilities, Communications, HR, and IT to coordinate details and make sure events and onboarding run smoothly.

• Handle event budgets and logistics, making smart use of resources.

• Support the Senior Talent Engagement Manager with global events and engagement projects.

• Collect feedback after events and use it to make future activities even better.

• Be a positive, friendly, and energetic presence on-site - someone people enjoy meeting and seeing at events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, event coordination, employee experience, or a similar role.

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for creating great experiences at work.

• A confident communicator who can connect with different people and build good relationships.

• Experience planning and delivering events or projects, ideally in a fast-paced or international setting.

• Strong organisation skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to handle several tasks at once.

• Creative and full of ideas, with the ability to bring those ideas to life.

• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with budgeting or event logistics is a plus, but not required.
