Ready to move beyond traditional recruiting? Join our Talent Discovery team as a Tech Consultant, working remotely from Colombia to identify, engage, and evaluate technical talent across the digital market. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior consultants to craft search strategies, source passive candidates, and manage a high-quality candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Support the end-to-end selection funnel: participate in intake/kick-off sessions, map candidate profiles, screen for technical and cultural fit, and support offer & placement phases under senior guidance.

• Consultative sourcing: help design targeted search strategies for tech roles (engineering, data, product, design), apply market intelligence to refine role requirements, and recommend talent pools and outreach approaches.

• Candidate engagement: own timely communications, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate care to ensure a smooth remote experience and strong employer brand.

• Tools & operations: use and maintain the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), track pipelines, ensure process compliance, and help streamline remote workflows.

• Reporting & insights: collect and analyze sourcing and funnel metrics, prepare status updates for stakeholders, surface blockers, and suggest process improvements.

• Collaboration: coordinate with Hiring Managers, People Ops, and senior Talent Discovery consultants across time zones to align expectations and deliver on hiring goals.

What we’re looking for

• Based in Colombia and able to work remotely with reliable connectivity and overlap with team hours as needed.

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar).

• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, X‑ray, passive sourcing and candidate mapping.

• Understanding of the digital/tech labor market in LATAM and familiarity with Colombian (or regional) labor rules or willingness to learn quickly.

• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
