Job Description
As Talent Development Manager, you will play a central role in our HR team, taking responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our global talent and development programs. You ensure efficient, transparent, and scalable processes that drive employee growth and contribute significantly to our international expansion.
As a trusted sparring partner for leaders and the People team, you provide hands-on guidance on talent and development matters, support leadership initiatives, and drive cross-functional projects with high impact.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Design and implementation of a talent development approach that integrates performance, leadership, succession planning, and employee development
• Development, coordination, and evaluation of scalable learning, leadership, and engagement programs
• Implementation of global talent and succession measures to strategically develop retention, performance, growth, and high-potential employees
• Design and execution of regular performance reviews and support for leaders in feedback processes to ensure continuous development and transparent decision-making
• Provide guidance on talent and development matters and facilitate workshops for the leadership team
