The Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Talent Attraction team across the entire recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.

This is a fixed-term position set to go until end of January 2026 with the possibility of extension. This position is based in Mexico City.

You Will:

• Handle high volume interview coordination requests within Greenhouse (ATS)

• Open and edit requisitions in Workday/Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines

• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview and pre-boarding process

• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on scheduling and pre-boarding status via phone and email

• Support multi-country offer letter generation process

• Support background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues

• Support pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers

• Assist in projects that help scale the TA function

You Have:

• 2-4 years' experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role

• Must live in Mexico City

• Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

• Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results

• Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters

• Work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong time-management and people skills

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
