Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are looking for a full-time Talent Coach and Development Lead to lead one of our products.
The Talent Coach and Development Lead will report to the General Manager in Pakistan and will lead high-impact people development initiatives across the organization. They will own the end-to-end learning and coaching lifecycle from needs analysis and strategy to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. They will act as a strategic bridge between business objectives, leadership capability, and employee development, ensuring learning and coaching interventions drive measurable performance and cultural impact.
What you will be doing:
L&D Strategy & Ownership:
Define and execute the overall learning and development strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and talent priorities.
Needs Analysis & Discovery:
Conduct training needs assessments, leadership capability reviews, and skills-gap analyses using performance data, stakeholder input, and employee feedback.
Program Design & Delivery:
Design, deliver, and oversee leadership development, management training, technical and soft-skills programs, onboarding, and compliance learning using modern learning methodologies.
Coaching & Leadership Development:
Provide one-on-one and group coaching to senior leaders, managers, and high-potential employees to enhance leadership effectiveness, performance, and change readiness.
Metrics & Impact:
Define KPIs for learning and coaching initiatives, track effectiveness (engagement, capability uplift, performance outcomes), and continuously iterate for impact.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Partner with senior leaders, HRBP People and Culture, and functional teams to ensure learning and coaching initiatives directly support business goals and organizational priorities.
Culture & Capability Building:
Build and embed a coaching mindset across the organization by enabling managers with coaching skills and supporting culture transformation initiatives.
Vendor & Innovation Management:
Manage external training providers and coaches, and explore innovative learning approaches (digital learning, blended models, AI-enabled tools) to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning and leadership development programs
Strong coaching capability with experience coaching senior leaders and management teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics and measure learning impact
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
Desirable:
Professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)
Experience in leadership development, change management, or culture transformation
Exposure to digital learning platforms, AI-enabled learning tools, or automation in L&D
Experience supporting multi-location or geographically distributed teams
