Your day-to-day:
• Create partnerships with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to understand business targets.
• Own a full sourcing cycle and help Hostinger grow by finding and attracting the best.
• When needed - conduct screening interviews, oversee and coordinate further recruitment process and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously look for improvements and new ways to headhunt top talent.
• Bring Market insights for future hiring success.
• Build long-term connections and ensure highest-quality candidate experience.
• Bring new ideas to stand out from the crowd.
• Share your knowledge and educate hiring managers to headhunt candidates.
• Touch on our culture and employer branding initiatives.
• Never stop learning and investing into your professional growth.

Your skills and experience:
• You are passionate about sourcing and recruitment, finding and attracting the best talent.
• You have over a year of proven experience as a talent sourcer, recruiter, or in a similar role, successfully hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• You are an owner and don't wait to be told what to do. You are ready to raise your hand when no one does and turn a challenge into an opportunity.
• You continuously learn and develop yourself as well as share your knowledge with your peers and partners.
• You have a strong can-do attitude and inspire others to achieve greatness together.
• You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.

Compensation:
• Gross salary starting from 2000 to 2600 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
