Talent Management Executive (Influencer Marketing)

Requirements
- Experiencia previa como Talent Manager o en representación artística.
- Red sólida de contactos en la industria del entretenimiento y/o digital.
- Habilidades de negociación y manejo de contratos.
- Alta sensibilidad artística y entendimiento de marca personal.
- Perfil organizado, proactivo y con fuerte capacidad de relación.
- Nivel Manager (capacidad de toma de decisiones y liderazgo de cuentas/talentos).

Activities
- Representar y gestionar el talento (actores e influencers) en su desarrollo artístico y profesional.
- Identificar y cerrar oportunidades alineadas con el perfil y proyección de cada talento.
- Negociar contratos, acuerdos comerciales y colaboraciones.
- Diseñar estrategias de posicionamiento y crecimiento a mediano y largo plazo.
- Mantener relaciones activas con marcas, agencias, productoras y plataformas.
- Acompañar al talento en decisiones clave de carrera.
- Supervisar cumplimiento de acuerdos, tiempos y entregables.
