What you’ll be doing:
• Discover Top Talent: Proactively seek out exceptional candidates using diverse sourcing strategies and platforms.
• Lead End-to-End Hiring: Own the recruitment journey—from crafting job descriptions and screening applications to conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring teams.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Guide and support managers in shaping effective, tailored recruitment processes.
• Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experiences: Ensure every applicant feels valued and informed throughout their journey.
• Communicate Thoughtfully: Share timely, constructive feedback with candidates to maintain transparency and trust.
• Nurture Talent Pipelines: Maintain and grow a robust pool of candidates, identifying future hiring opportunities and strategic fits.
• Be a Brand Champion: Act as an ambassador for GAIN’s employer brand—crafting compelling messaging, sharing authentic stories, and amplifying our culture across digital platforms and candidate touchpoints.
Required skills
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including in-house roles within tech or fast-scaling environments.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Deep understanding of GAIN’s mission, culture, structure, and talent needs.
