The Opportunity:
This role sits at the intersection of classical modeling and digital influence, supporting a new generation of talent who move fluidly between both worlds. As a Junior Talent Agent on the Model team, you will identify, support, and develop modelesque personalities with strong visual identity, cultural relevance, and digital potential. You will also work closely with senior agents to support the existing model roster and ongoing bookings. This is a unique hybrid role that blends model management support with the opportunity to gradually build your own digital roster, making it an ideal position for someone eager to kick-start their career in talent management and the influencer space.

Your Role in Action:
• Recruit talent with strong physical presence, personality, and crossover potential between modeling and digital influence
• Evaluate talent for both aesthetic alignment and long-term brand potential
• Guide talent through onboarding, positioning them strategically within the influencer and brand partnership ecosystem
• Advise talent on content direction, digital presence, and personal branding to enhance marketability
• Pitch talent to brands for campaigns, collaborations, and long-term partnerships
• Develop tailored proposals that align talent profiles with brand objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, casting teams, and creative partners
• Create moodboards and visual references to support talent development and positioning
• Assist with coordination of in-person shoots, castings, and creative projects
• Support outreach to photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and creative collaborators
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date talent profiles, decks, and internal tracking

Your Background:
• Early experience or exposure to fashion, modeling, influencer marketing, PR, communications, or adjacent creative industries (internships welcomed)
• A strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for visual storytelling, talent presentation, and brand identity
• Genuine interest in talent, culture, and image-driven work, with an intuitive understanding of what makes a profile stand out
• Comfortable working with high-touch, image-led talent, supporting both creative and logistical needs
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong follow-through and time management skills
• Ability to balance creative intuition with structure, coordination, and execution
• Passion for fashion, culture, and digital media, paired with curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving agency environment
