We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and act as a trusted hiring partner — from understanding recruitment needs to successfully closing open roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to candidate onboarding touchpoint;
• Independently close middle, senior, and lead-level roles;
2. Hiring Manager Partnership
• conduct high-quality intake meetings to align on expectations, priorities, and risks;
• actively manage hiring manager expectations and challenge requirements when needed;
• provide regular, data-driven updates on hiring progress.
3. Candidate Assessment
• conduct HR interviews focused on soft skills, motivation, and cultural alignment;
• partner with hiring managers to define and refine evaluation criteria;
• confidently make hiring recommendations and push back when risks are identified.
4. Analytics
• maintain accurate data and pipeline stages in the ATS;
• track and analyze key recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire etc).
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment;
• experience in independent management and filling vacancies of varying complexity;
• experience working with ATS systems and other similar tools, such as Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets etc;
• confident communication skills, ability to handle objections;
• english proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have:
• experience in the iGaming niche;
• experience with Workable ATS;
• experience in direct search and hiring for complex leadership roles, including - Head, Lead, and C-level positions.
