Job Description
Join NineTwoThree AI Studio, a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio, founded in 2012 and based in Boston. We build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups.
You’ll collaborate with a team of highly capable, driven professionals — people who challenge each other, raise the bar, and continuously grow together. We move fast and stay focused on delivering real results.
We’ve maintained consistent 20% year-over-year growth for the past five years, creating strong opportunities for career development and internal advancement. Our reputation speaks for itself — many of our clients come through multiple layers of referrals, reflecting the trust and value we deliver.
Our work is supported by well-defined processes and strong leadership. We operate with speed, but without chaos — prioritizing quality, structure, and thoughtful execution.
We partner with products that create meaningful impact across industries such as sports, healthcare, logistics, and even nuclear. At the same time, we consciously avoid working with industries like gambling, adult entertainment, and crypto.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the importance of hiring into the team (not just for short-term projects), and is excited about sourcing the right people to help our company grow.
Responsibilities:
• Engage both passive and active candidates for assigned roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build clear, comprehensive job descriptions.
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to attract top-tier, hard-to-reach talent in a competitive market.
• Proactively build and nurture a long-term candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Source talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, and professional networks using Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the entire interview process, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with job expectations.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Maintain accurate tracking and progress updates through daily reports and internal systems.
• Ensure a great candidate experience through consistent, clear, and professional communication.
• Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the team.
Support team knowledge sharing by contributing best practices and process improvements.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and tech talent.
• 1+ year experience in international IT recruitment and a solid grasp of the global talent market.
• Track record of hiring long-term team members, not just project-based contractors.
• A team player who embraces structured recruitment processes, follows guidelines, and contributes to a collaborative environment.
• Deep understanding of headhunting tactics and proactive outreach — not reliant on inbound applications.
• Strong ability to build and manage a candidate pool for future hiring needs.
• Comfortable with short, consistent daily reporting and process discipline.
• Strong sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing methods.
• Excellent communicator with a talent for building trust and rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Passionate about recruitment, growth, and connecting the right people to the right roles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Benefits:
• 100% remote job.
• Annual paid vacation: 20 working days per year during the first 3 years, further increasing to 25 days in later years.
• Paid sick leave and holidays.
• Flexible working hours.
• Accounting assistance.
• Reimbursement of expenses for professional development courses/certifications (up to 100% in agreement with the Manager).
• Hardware upon business needs.
• Strong positive engineering culture, a tightly-knit team of professionals with a good sense of humor.
Hiring process:
We value your time and ours and make the process fast and easy.
Our interview process takes the following steps: interview with the HR, 2nd interview with the CTO and COO (optional), Offer.
If you are passionate about sourcing top talent, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to be part of a company that is at the forefront of innovation, we would love to hear from you!
