The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify job openings, screen and prepare candidates, support interviews, and liaise with employers to ensure successful placements.
This role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to balance the needs of both candidates and employers. It’s ideal for someone passionate about social impact, employability, and helping people achieve meaningful careers.
The role may include occasional travel to support employer engagement activities. Awareness of legal frameworks related to refugee and migrant employment is a plus—but not a requirement.

Identify new and maintain existing partnerships with employers across Greece.
Communicate regularly with companies to understand their hiring needs.
Share candidate profiles and coordinate interviews between employers and beneficiaries.
Support both parties throughout the placement process to ensure a positive experience.
Labor Market & Data Management
Stay informed about labor market trends, particularly in blue-collar and service industries.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, placements, and employer contacts in Odyssea’s database.
Track placement metrics and support reporting requirements.
Work towards clearly defined KPIs, ensuring consistent performance across candidate engagement, shortlist delivery, and employability outcomes.
