• Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, and operational roles in our Sofia studio.

• Source, screen, and engage top talent through multiple channels - social media, referrals, job fairs, and creative campaigns.

• Partner closely with Team Managers to align hiring needs and priorities.

• Conduct structured interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.

• Support the TA team with local projects, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience - ideally in volume or operations hiring.

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience with social media sourcing and data-driven recruitment metrics is a plus.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and people.
