The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and elevate our hiring operations. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role focused on Candidate Experience & Hiring Excellence. You will own the flow of inbound candidates, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, timely, and aligned with our standards. You’re not just coordinating recruitment—you will play a key role in building and scaling our operational teams by identifying and supporting talent for a wide range of operational roles.
What You’ll Do
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for various operational roles, including managing inbound candidate traffic and ensuring a smooth hiring flow.
Provide clear, timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring teams, while serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top-tier candidates through resume screening and initial calls.
Develop candidate reports for key roles, outlining target profiles and building strong talent pipelines.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including direct search, referrals, and proactive pipeline building.
Represent the company in job fairs, events, and university recruiting initiatives.
What You’ll Need
1+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
Experience working with Google Workspace.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
