We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently looking to add a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to our HR Department located in our office at Queretaro.

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - alternate Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities
• Organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc.
• Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates.
• Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention.
• Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives
• Offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters
• Assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements
• Establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws

Other HR Support Activities:

• Engage in and support Human Resources projects
• Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection
• Participate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiatives
• Regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a Psychology, Administration or related field is desirable.

• +4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

• Advanced English skills.
