You will be an NRB ambassador. With your expertise, you will support numerous companies and public organizations seeking advice, expertise, services, and solutions to successfully tackle their IT challenges.

What do we expect from you?
• As a recruiter, you are responsible for attracting, retaining, coaching, training, and motivating IT talent.
• You draft job descriptions and publish them through various channels.
• You are creative in finding and approaching new consultants, and together with your sales colleagues, you aim for the right match.
• You handle interviews and candidate qualification, both online and face-to-face.
• You guide candidates throughout the recruitment process up to hiring and onboarding.
• Building a network and keeping our database up to date are part of your daily tasks.
• You will also participate in job fairs.
• You actively contribute to the company’s strategy.
