Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – iGaming
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid experience in the online gambling / iGaming industry to join our growing team in Limassol, Cyprus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical, operational, and commercial roles within the iGaming sector
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships with iGaming-specific job boards and agencies
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and industry experience
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines, and selection criteria
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, across both regulated and emerging iGaming markets
Track recruitment performance using metrics and analytics, continuously improving hiring efficiency
Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
Manage and coordinate with external headhunters and recruitment partners when required
Support additional HR-related responsibilities and projects, offering opportunities for learning and professional growth
Qualifications & Experience:
3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the online gambling / iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, affiliates, game providers, or related sectors)
Strong understanding of global iGaming markets, regulations, and hiring trends
Proven experience recruiting across a wide range of roles, including marketing, operations, compliance, technology, and product
Hands-on experience in headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, and networking
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is considered an advantage
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Greek, Russian, or Spanish are a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
