As part of our HR team, you will play an integral role in driving our company’s expansion. You'll be the face of Connecteam for candidates, helping them understand our mission, values, and what it's like to work here. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure that only the best talent walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Go-to-Market roles

• Partner with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting process from start to finish.

• Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.

• Supporting our growth efforts in Israel, US and Australia

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit

• Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes

• Promote employer branding through networking events, social media, and other digital platforms

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Requirements

• +3 Years of experience as talent acquisition specialist.

• Sourcing experience for different Positions.

• Experience in recruiting A-Z.

• Great learning capabilities.

• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally.

• Ability to understand relevant skills and target non active candidates.

• Team Player.

• Recruitment must be your passion:)

• Familiarity with the recruitment processes and practices in the United States .
