Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the MezTal team and support recruiting operations for a U.S.-based culinary services organization. This role will report directly to the hiring manager while also collaborating closely with the client's HR leadership team.

The ideal candidate is nimble, adaptable, and aligned with a service-oriented brand, capable of supporting high-volume recruiting needs while also assisting with salaried recruiting alongside the internal recruiting team.

Initially, the role will focus primarily on hourly frontline recruiting, with the opportunity to gradually support salaried recruiting needs as well.

This position requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions, and leveraging various recruiting technologies and sourcing tools beyond a single ATS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly frontline positions across multiple locations in the United States.
• Assist with salaried recruiting processes in collaboration with the internal recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize multiple sourcing platforms and recruiting technologies to identify and engage talent.
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track and maintain candidate information accurately across recruiting systems.
• Support recruiting initiatives aligned with the client’s brand and hiring strategy.
• Adapt recruiting strategies based on hiring priorities and operational needs.


Requirements:
Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
• Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to recruit for both hourly and salaried roles in the US.
• Comfortable working with multiple recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required to interact with U.S.-based teams.

Work Requirements

• Ability to work primarily aligned with Eastern Time (U.S.).
• Flexibility to adjust schedule based on recruiting needs.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-border environment with U.S. stakeholders.
