We are actively present on the software development  market since 2003, currently employing more than 80+ professionals. Customers range from  Australia and New Zealand to Western Europe and Japan.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Our new colleague will have to develop long term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is able to go beyond basic and innovate his processes in order to choose and bring the best talents. 

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Proactively explore new, creative, and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media, and other on-line channels;
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A mindset characterized by ambition, responsibility, integrity and team spirit;
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in  English; 

*At this moment we are working remotely, but our next colleague should be from Targu Mures or Cluj-Napoca.
