The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the organization’s hiring goals by enabling effective talent identification and pipeline development across multiple roles. This role contributes to strengthening hiring outcomes through thoughtful talent engagement, market awareness, and close alignment with internal teams. The specialist helps ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes that support business priorities and long-term workforce needs
Duties and Responsibilities: :
• Review job descriptions thoroughly, clarify role requirements with internal stakeholders, and develop a strong understanding of technical and functional expectations.
• Conduct detailed research on roles, technologies, and skill requirements to support effective sourcing strategies.
• Actively source candidates across multiple channels, including job portals, referrals, niche platforms, professional networks, and by exploring new and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Manage niche and hard-to-fill roles, applying targeted sourcing and market research to improve role traction.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across all roles handled, ensuring consistent candidate flow and coverage.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of sourcing efforts.
• Actively engage and participate in communities, candidate branding initiatives, and recruitment or networking events to strengthen employer presence.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support talent operations, enabling smooth role progression and timely closures.
• Provide pre-onboarding support, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to joining.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and repurpose high-quality candidates for future hiring needs.
• Handle recruitment data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy of candidate data, pipeline status, and hiring metrics for tracking and decision-making.
Required Experience/Skills: :
• Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing for technical and niche roles, with a strong understanding of how to assess role requirements and talent markets.
• Hands-on experience with active sourcing techniques across job portals, professional networks, referrals, and talent communities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and candidate pipeline management.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and screening approaches
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven experience in active sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to research roles deeply and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
