We are seeking a driven, resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting Team and support hiring for some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments, enjoys tackling hard-to-fill roles, and is motivated to act as a true talent partner to the business — not just an order taker. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across our enterprise while helping shape recruiting strategies that directly impact project success.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for professional, technical, and operational roles across the enterprise
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop proactive recruiting strategies, not just fill open requisitions
• Source hard-to-find talent using a variety of tools, networks, and creative sourcing methods
• Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings to evaluate technical capability, culture fit, and long-term potential
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring strategy
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for both high-volume and specialized roles
• Develop meaningful relationships with candidates and effectively sell opportunities and company value
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry outreach to expand talent pipelines
• Support candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful start
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to leadership to improve hiring outcomes
• Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate and organized recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Greenhouse)
Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, technical, skilled trades, or other fast-paced industries
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill and/or high-volume roles
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZoomInfo, job boards, and social media
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles while maintaining attention to detail and urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
