The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions. This role partners with hiring managers to define needs, source talent, and manage candidate experience, and ensure an efficient hiring process aligned with company growth and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and acting like HR Business partner for all HR Recruitment activities.
• Manage and co-ordinate the recruitment and selection process for replacement and new headcount requirements
• Overseeing the full life cycle of the recruiting process
• Prepare and update Recruitment report in relation to new hires and vacancies.
• Other works as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 2–4 years in end‑to‑end recruitment (in‑house or agency); proven track record filling professional roles
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS system
• Excellence English and Thai
