Manage and optimize the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, organized pipeline stages, and reliable reporting.
Ensure all candidate communications are timely, professional, and consistent with the firm's standards.
Actively promote Ovation Law Firm's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or executive search; experience within a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms such as BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or comparable systems.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
Comfortable managing multiple searches at once while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
Prior experience within a recruiting or staffing agency is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilities.
Self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote setting.
