• You collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent.
• You screen candidates and cultivate strong relationships with them.
• You take the Ownership and manage the applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, social media, job boards and recruitment agency partnerships.
• You innovate and enhance sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• You strengthen our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
HR Operations
• You support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and HR operations.
• You act as an ambassador of the Zeotap team and actively promote and support employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
• You adhere to Zeotap's company, privacy and information security policies.
• You complete all assigned awareness training on time.
