Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end process for attracting top technical and research talents in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Sourcing: Conduct intense and creative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates in the APAC region.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage external recruitment resources, including job boards, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company's branding and social media presence across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Recruitment Coordination: Prepare and manage all necessary recruitment coordination tasks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting for technical positions, either in-house or within an agency.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other mainstream recruitment platforms.
• A proactive and creative mindset to develop and execute innovative sourcing methods.
• Good negotiation and selling skills during the offer stages
Plus Points
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse.
• Strong command of Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Experience in campus recruiting.
