The Opportunity: 
Mattel APAC is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC-EMEA Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment in Shenzhen and Shanghai, partnering with People & Culture (P&C), business leaders, and global colleagues to attract and hire exceptional talent. You’ll play a key role in supporting business growth, building a diverse workforce, and embedding Mattel’s values into every stage of the hiring process—all while helping position Mattel as an employer of choice.
What Your Impact Will Be: 
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, in various business units, from proactive sourcing and outreach to closing candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and P&C teams to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Apply creative recruiting strategies and sourcing channels to identify, attract, and evaluate top talent.
• Assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit through resume reviews and interviews.
• Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage recruitment operations including scheduling, offer management, reference and background checks.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Evaluate the impact of recruitment-related content and social engagement.
What We’re Looking For: 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate-inhouse recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and business acumen to engage effectively with candidates and leaders.
• Analytical ability to interpret market data and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to use various local sourcing channels effectively in the local markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS – preferably Smart Recruiters.
• Fluency in English. Cantonese is a plus.
• Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
