Founded in 2018, our rapidly growing company currently operates 20+ sites across the US and Canada, with plans for further expansion.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who operates as both a recruiter and a strategic advisor. This person doesn’t just fill roles; they shape how hiring happens. You’ll lead complex searches, influence hiring decisions at a high level, and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and outcomes across the function. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong recruiting instincts, thrives in stakeholder-facing environments, and knows how to drive alignment and results without relying on authority. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Location: Remote within the United States
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | Preference for Candidates within CST/MST/PST
Pay: $70,000 - 95,000/yr (dependent upon years of experience, certifications, and education)
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders; shape search strategy, candidate profiles, and decision-making
• Elevate candidate quality through strong screening, calibration, and interview design
• Drive pipeline strategy and proactively solve for talent gaps
• Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and lead improvements across workflows and tools
• Influence stakeholders to make timely, high-quality hiring decisions
• Mentor or guide other recruiters when needed (formally or informally)
• Use data to inform decisions and communicate progress to leadership
• Provide timely communication and updates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Help identify opportunities to improve and streamline the hiring process
Requirements:
• Experience as a talent acquisition advisor within the clinical research, healthcare, technology environment required
• Demonstrated success with executing multi-factorial sourcing strategies required
• Hands-on experience with Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter required
• Experience adopting AI to enhance workflows required
• Demonstrated success operating within ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong influencing skills; you can guide decisions without direct authority
• Able to anticipate needs and act without waiting for direction
• Ability to both lead and follow; you know when to drive and when to align
• Exceptional organization; can manage complexity without losing momentum
• High energy for people interaction. Able to build trust quickly with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong candidate quality judgment
• Sharp eye for process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
