We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and building strong employer branding. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in handling IT & Non IT requirements, preferably in a fast-paced product or services background.
• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.
