Für den Bereich der Corporate Functions in Deutschland suchen wir an unserem Standort in Düsseldorf einen Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruiter als integrierten Bestandteil unseres People Partner Teams.

Als Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) verantwortest Du den gesamten Recruiting Prozess für anspruchsvolle Fach- und Führungspositionen im Bereich Corporate Functions. Du agierst dabei als Sparringspartner für Hiring Manager und Führungskräfte und bringst nicht nur operative Exzellenz, sondern auch strategisches Denken mit ein.

• End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für den Recruiting‑Prozess (von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zum Vertragsabschluss)

• Enge Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Hiring Managern sowie dem People Partner Team

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich People Solutions bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Recruiting‑Strategien und Employer Branding Aktivitäten

• Active Sourcing über relevante Kanäle (z. B. LinkedIn, XING, Talent Pools)

• Durchführung strukturierter Interviews und professionelle Kandidatenbewertung

• Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience

• Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting‑Prozessen, ‑Tools und ‑KPIs

• Beobachtung von Markt‑ und Talenttrends sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise als Senior Recruiter oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

• Erfahrung in der Besetzung von Fach‑ und/oder Führungspositionen

• Ausgeprägte Beratungs‑ und Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe mit Senior Managern

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gutes Gespür für Menschen, Rollenprofile und Organisationskulturen

• Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Recruiting‑Tools

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
