Compensation package includes:

We are seeking an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner who models the accountability and humility that define our culture and who will thoughtfully bring the effectiveness, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm needed to help our growing company keep up with rapidly rising demand.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer stage)
Recruit across a mix of roles: production, skilled trades, and salaried positions
Build and maintain top-tier candidate pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Extend offers and assist with pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screens)
Maintain applicant tracking and team member records
Develop strategies for team member retention
Review and update job descriptions
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing and skilled trades is a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently
Comfortable working directly with hiring managers
Strong sourcing skills and working knowledge of posting jobs on various platforms
Excellent written, oral, and inter-personal communication skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements preferred
