At Sanction Scanner – 2x Deloitte EMEA Winner & 3x Deloitte Fast 50 Winner – we help financial institutions in 70+ countries fight financial crime with our compliance solutions. We're now looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to own our recruiting and employer branding from the ground up.

📋 What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Recruiting: Own the full hiring cycle — from sourcing to offer — for technical, commercial, and operational roles.
• Active Sourcing: Go beyond job postings; hunt for talent through LinkedIn, networks, and creative outreach.
• Employer Branding: Build and execute our employer brand strategy across LinkedIn, social media, and talent platforms to attract top candidates.
• Process Design: Set up and improve our ATS, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows to make recruiting faster and better.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidates, and move quickly.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate — hired or not — leaves with a positive impression of Sanction Scanner.
• Hiring Analytics: Track pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, and source quality to continuously improve our approach.


Requirements:
• 🎓 What We're Looking For
• Experience: 4–8 years in talent acquisition, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech companies.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Proven track record of owning end-to-end hiring for technical and commercial roles.
• Active Sourcer: Comfortable going beyond inbound — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, community sourcing.
• Employer Branding Chops: Experience building or contributing to employer brand presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, content, events).
• Process Builder: Able to set up and improve hiring workflows, scorecards, and interview frameworks from scratch.
• Stakeholder Management: Confident partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to move fast and hire well.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; Turkish fluency is a plus.
• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Workable or similar platforms.
