Position Overview:
The Head of Recruitment will lead our recruitment strategy, overseeing the recruitment team and driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Manage the recruitment budget and resources effectively.
• Create and promote strategies for successful contractor retention.
Requirements:
• Experience recruiting 1099 contractors in the United States
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
