Experience Hire
• Manage the end to end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management
• Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
• Develop interview protocols by accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance and governance internally
• Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
• Act as an business partner to guide and direct the stakeholders on hiring decisions by relevant market data & recruitment strategy

• Experience of managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Preferably 5 years of experience within the construction industry (Agency/In-house)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
• Native in Japanese and business level in English
