We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual Contributor) to own and build our hiring domain from the ground up, while remaining fully hands-on in execution.
The role
At Decart, recruitment is a core strategic function. You will not manage people; you will own the domain.
This is a fully hands-on role combining strategic ownership with deep execution, working directly with founders and leadership to build and scale hiring globally.
What You’ll Do
• Strategic Partnership: Work directly with founders and stakeholders to define hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• Build the Domain: Design and implement hiring processes, interview frameworks, and recruiting infrastructure across IL & US
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the full funnel, from role definition to closing, onboarding, and candidate experience
• Hands-On Recruiting: Personally lead hiring across R&D, AI, Product, and GTM roles
• Advanced Sourcing: Drive high-precision sourcing using Boolean, market mapping, and AI tools
Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition within high-growth, top-tier startups (SaaS / AI preferred)
• Global Hiring: Proven success in hiring across Israel, the US, and Europe in competitive markets
• Sourcing Expertise: Deep hands-on sourcing capabilities, including Boolean and proactive talent hunting
• Systems & AI: Experience implementing and leveraging recruiting systems and AI tools
• High Agency & Communication: Independent, ownership-driven, with excellent English and stakeholder management
