We’re looking for a Europe Talent Acquisition Lead who can elevate how we attract, engage, and select talent across Europe. Someone who understands the complexity of multinational, matrixed environments and knows how to translate strategy into real impact through high-quality execution. It’s about challenging assumptions, shaping decisions, and building the talent foundations of our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do – Ensure we get the right people in the right role at the right moment

You’ll be the architect of our Talent Acquisition Team in Europe:

Think Big (Strategy)

Turn business goals into real workforce plans and future talent pipelines.
Bring insights, market signals, and business intelligence to the table to influence decisions.
Elevate our employer brand so that top talent knows exactly who we are (and why they should care)

Make It Happen (Execution)
Source like a pro: digital platforms, social media, networks, communities wherever great talent lives.
Own the Candidate Journey: Manage screening, interviews, assess qualifications and ensure candidates meet job requirements to ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience.
Reimagine processes: automate, streamline, remove noise, add value.

Lead With Data
Own our key TA metrics (time-to-fill, among others).
Turn data into stories, and stories into decisions, for local and global reporting.

Partner & Influence
Work closely with hiring managers to design roles, challenge assumptions, and shape exceptional hiring outcomes.
Collaborate with Global TA on cross-regional and executive searches.

Build & Grow
Mentor a small TA team, developing capabilities and promoting best-in-class recruitment practices.
Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
4–5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced, multinational, matrixed organizations .
End-to-end recruitment mastery, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting.
A strong grasp of talent market trends , analytics, and digital hiring.
Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate with clarity and empathy.
Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
Skilled in modern sourcing tools and digital TA practices (LinkedIn Recruiter).
A global mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in diverse, evolving environments.
HR-related education is a plus, but mindset and capability matter more.
