Talent Acquisition and L&D Partner for Iberia based in Madrid to cover a Maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer and onboarding
Source, screen and assess candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality hires
Lead recruitment activities across Iberia & BeNeLux within an international framework
Ensure a fair, effective and high-quality hiring process, focusing on candidate experience
Use Workday (ATS) to manage requisitions, interviews and hiring workflows
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Develop and implement creative sourcing and employer branding strategies
Monitor recruitment performance and provide data-driven insights and reporting
Continuously improve recruitment processes and share best practices
Learning & Development:
Partner with leaders and managers to deliver learning and development initiatives (virtual and in-person)
Manage the L&D budget, external providers and training resources
Act as key point of contact for employee learning needs and development plans
Lead and manage training programs (including FUNDAE and language training)
Design and implement wellbeing and development initiatives aligned with global strategy
Create and adapt training materials and content for local needs
Employee Engagement & Communications:
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee experience
Lead internal HR communications and ensure alignment with global teams
Support and deliver culture, D&I and engagement projects
Plan and execute events and activities (onsite and virtual) in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage and enhance internal platforms and employer branding channels (e.g. Workvivo, LinkedIn)
What we are looking for?
Candidates based in Madrid.
Advanced knowledge of Workday Recruitment module.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (high-volume hiring is a plus).
A hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality of hire.
What we offer?
Temporary contract (maternity cover)
Full-time schedule (40h/week): Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–15:00, with 1 hour flexibility on start and finish times
33 days of annual leave (26 + 7 additional days)
