Talent Acquisition Intern (French OR German speaking)

Join a collaborative, global Talent Acquisition team — including TA Partners and TA Operations — and gain hands-on experience across recruitment and operations, with a focus on the European region. 

Accountabilities 

• Reviewing and screening job applications  
• Keeping contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process 
• Ensuring candidates have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment steps you perform 
• Being involved in employer branding projects and university relations (in Hungary) 
• Preparing recruitment-related presentations and reports 
• Supporting the team with general organizational and administrative tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Fluent English and at least upper-intermediate level proficiency in either French or German (written and spoken) 
• 25-30 hours per week availability and active full-time student status 
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is an advantage, but not required 
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 
• Customer-centric mindset
