As a Talent Acquisition intern, you'll be part of our dynamic team, working directly withour local HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-onexperience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition but you can also get involved inother aspects of HR and office life while contributing to the growth and success of afast-paced tech company.


Key responsibilities ✨:
• Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information and recruitment activity, interview notes.
• Prepare all offer documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience.
• Help with the organisation of team events and local engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Benelux.
• Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level.


About you 🧑‍🚀:
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry.
• Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
• You are currently enrolled in a business school or similar and looking for a full-time 3-month-internship starting from January 2026 (with compensation).
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong communication written and oral.
• Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR.
• You are vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive andpositive work environment.
• Fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus.

• Interview with your future manager Aurora, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45 minutes)
• Interview with a member of our Brussels office team.
