The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Hub in Hong Kong. We're seeking an individual with a strong business acumen and a can-do attitude who is eager to contribute to our fast-growing business.

Requirements:
What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Market Insights: Provide insights into local employment market trends to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness.
• Candidate Engagement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities, providing updates to the Talent Acquisition Hub in Hong Kong.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You’d Be a Fit If You

• Have 1-3 years of experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, enabling you to align talent strategies with overall business objectives.
• Possess a proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a solid understanding of the local employment market and industry trends.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Are well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
