Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
USD Salary: $1,500 per month (Open to negotiation based on experience)
Lago is seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will assist in scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining the applicant tracking system. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help us effectively manage multiple recruitment initiatives while providing exceptional support to our hiring teams. Responsibilities
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and the development of recruitment marketing materials.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates as needed.
• Prepare candidate evaluations and other documents for hiring decisions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and participate in recruitment-related events and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
