About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Junior Talent Acquisition Coordination to join our growing People team. You will be supporting the team in the below dynamics:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid-level roles across engineering and support functions.
Post and manage job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Help manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners as needed.
Assist in managing contract and offer negotiations
Skills & experience
Bachelor's degree in Recruitment, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of LinkedIn Recruiter usage.
Experience in HR or recruitment, particularly high volume candidate management or talent coordination
Proficiency in ATS management
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools LinkedIn, BambooHR etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
A background or interest in the engineering or consultancy sector is a bonus, but not essential—what matters most is your willingness to learn and your drive to contribute to a growing team.
You thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to your work.
