JOIN GUIDEPOINT’S GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM

The Recruitment Consultant is a 3-month fixed contract. The team member will provide Talent sourcing support, and address talent acquisition needs on an ongoing basis for corporate, client service, and business development positions across all our China locations.

The Recruitment Consultant is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paces, high-growth company. We are a global team of almost 40+ Talent Acquisition (TA) professional spanning across the globe from the United State, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Greece and the UK.

The position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager in China. The role is an onsite role in China. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to convert to full time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work closely with the APAC Talent Acquisition team and follow recruitment strategies for immediate hiring and campus hiring

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, maintaining job boards, application reviews, and campus recruitment

• Screen candidates on various job boards by understanding the requirements from each job

• Support Talent Acquisition Manager for various administrative projects, including interview arrangement, collecting for analysis, and ATS management

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 1 to 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across various business functions

• Experience passively sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates

• Ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment

• Detail-oriented, and effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency 

• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

CORE KPIs:

• Application review: 300 Per Week

• Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 100 Per Week

• Talent Acquisition Screens Per Week: 15 (30 Minutes Per Interview)

• Research and develop professional competencies- Have access to white papers, online articles and other media as a part of our network

• Oversee a project: Choose a project that include Diversity & Inclusion, project start-up, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, etc

• Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms.
