The Team
You’ll join a welcoming and supportive multicultural Talent Acquisition team, primarily based in London, supporting hiring activity across EMEA. This is a fast‑paced environment requiring strong organisation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
The Role
This is a 6‑month fixed‑term maternity cover supporting the Talent Acquisition team with end‑to‑end interview coordination and recruitment administration.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule interviews by aligning candidate and interviewer availability
• Send interview confirmations and calendar invites to candidates and interviewers
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Workable) and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with interviewers post‑interview to ensure feedback is completed promptly
• Support recruitment activities and hiring events as required
• Provide general administrative support to senior members of the TA team
Key Experience and Skills
• Proven administrative experience (ideally within recruitment or technology)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience using an ATS or recruitment database is an advantage
• Positive, proactive, and solution‑focused approach

• Previous experience in a similar coordination role
• Professional, reliable, and confident communicator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Approachable, collaborative, and able to build strong working relationships
