Job Highlights:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating ECAM values.
Source candidates, review resume, and administer assessments.
Conducts initial/ preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions, majority of which are for Operations Department.
Coordinates with Operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified candidates.
Prepares job offer letters and ensures completion of primary pre-employment requirements.
Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database.
Undertake administrative duties (e.g. maintenance and updating of 201 folder)
Undertakes task(s) that may be assigned from time to time by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Country Head.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Minimum of 1 year experience doing end- to- end recruitment/ volume hiring
BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience is an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS office software
Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, leadership capabilities
The ability to communicate in a clear, simple, constructive and effective fashion
A strong customer-oriented approach
Good decision making and problem-solving skills in a changing environment
