Job Description
Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking to hire an individual to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. The responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting them on relevant platforms, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the HR Manager, Office Managers, and CEO throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, including follow-ups and status updates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support job posting creation and distribution across recruitment platforms
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email
• Manage and organize candidate pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups and next steps
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, and post-interview communications
Requirements:
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, or administrative roles
• Experience handling candidate communications across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly tone in english C1 Level
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct basic candidate pre-screenings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Workspace is a plus
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills for tracing recruitment metrics
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop recruitment skills
• Availability to support recruitment activities outside standard hours when needed
