In collaboration with the Manager,Talent Acquisition, the advisor will be responsible for talent acquisition activities and follow‑ups for Transat operations.
• Carry out all steps of the talent acquisition process (intake meetings, pre‑screening, interviews, candidate follow‑up, pre‑employment checks, job offers, etc.);
• Build strong partnerships with managers and HR business partners to support their recruitment needs;
• Advise managers, among other things, in assessing candidates and making hiring decisions;
• Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition strategies while staying up to date on market trends;
• Contribute to various continuous improvement projects and talent acquisition initiatives;
• Draw the attention of active and passive candidates through formal and informal networks, and maintain relationships with potential candidates to develop a pipeline;
• Develop and adapt selection tools;
• Analyze pay equity, make recommendations, and present offers to candidates;
• Perform administrative activities related to talent acquisition (tracking dashboards, employment contracts, onboarding documents, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition;
• Experience with talent acquisition platforms (SmartRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot);
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment;
• Autonomy and strong organizational skills, while remaining flexible;
• Excellent listening, influencing, and communication skills;
• Ability to consistently promote the Transat brand in the external market;
• Bilingualism French/English*.
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
